Clive Clinics is committed to protecting your privacy. We recognise that giving is a very personal process so we take every precaution with the way we capture and use your personal information.

2. Updating your member information
2.1 Clive Clinics enables you to change your personal information, including your email address, password and profile information.
3. Closing your membership
3.1 If you wish to have your membership removed from our system entirely, please contact us at unsubscribe@cliveclinics.com.au.
4. Member security
4.1 You are responsible for the security of your user name, email address, password, profile information and donation details. We do not recommend that you disclose your Clive Clinics registration details to any third parties. If you choose to share your personal information, including registration details with a third party you are responsible for any actions taken with this information.
5. Member communication
5.1 Clive Clinics only sends you email communication you opt-in to receive. You can be removed from any mailing list upon request. From time to time, Clive Clinics will send newsletters and other communications to members. These communications will contain instructions for how you can ‘unsubscribe’.
6. Payment security
6.1 We are committed to protecting the security of your personal information, including credit card information. Your credit card information is protected throughout the payment process using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol, which encrypts your information during online transactions. Clive Clinics only retains a portion of your card details. Details may be held by [Direct Payment Solutions (DPS)].
6.2 Please make every effort to protect against unauthorised access to your Clive Clinics registration details and to your computer.
7. Cookies
7.1 Cookies are small pieces of information stored on your computer’s hard drive when you access a website (and are also delicious with a hot drink). Most websites use cookies to provide useful features for their visitors.
7.2 Clive Clinics uses ’session’ cookies, which are removed from your computer once you leave the Clive Clinics site. Session cookies are used so we can remember that you have logged in recently without prompting you to do so again.
