How do I book an appointment?

Simply book online by clicking the “book now” button on our website and select a clinic that’s nearest to you. Or call our Freephone number and one of our Clinic Assistants can book you an appointment.

What if I need to change or cancel my appointment?

We don’t charge for cancelling or changing an appointment but do appreciate being notified as soon as possible. Phone our Freephone number and one of our Clinic Assistants will be happy to help you, if after hours please leave a message with your contact details.

What are my payment options?

We accept Eftpos, all credit cards, internet banking, cheques and cash. Interest free options in weekly, fortnightly or monthly instalments are available to use when paying for a Treatment Programme.

Do you treat men and women?

We do, in fact our clientele is split almost 50/50. We pride ourselves in understanding the different hair loss challenges that men and women face and work hard to deliver personalised treatments that help all our clients.

How does a Treatment Programme work?

We focus on cleansing and invigorating the scalp, strengthening hair follicles, blocking DHT and stimulating stronger hair regrowth.

What is the length of a Treatment Programme?

Our Treatment Programmes vary depending on the severity of your hair loss problem and range between 4, 8 and 12 months.

How much does a Treatment Programme cost?

Costs of treatments vary between our clients as each person’s specific hair loss problem is different. This is why we recommend a no obligation consultation with a Trichologist who will determine what your particular problem is and discuss treatment options. The cost of an Initial Consultation is $35 which is fully redeemable against any Treatment Programme undertaken. No-interest payment plans are available when paying for a Treatment Programme.  

What happens at an Initial Consultation with a Trichologist?

This is a one on one, 45 minute consultation, where a Trichologist will conduct a microscopic analysis of your hair and scalp to establish the type of problem that exists. As part of our holistic approach you will be asked questions by a Trichologist in order to gain a clear understanding of your personal history and relevant medical history. Please bring a list of any drugs or medications you are taking. Deeper analysis of the hair or scalp may be necessary to assist the Trichologist in determining the cause of the problem and the best way to treat it.


Once the cause is established the Trichologist will decide:

 

  • If the problem requires treatment and, if so, what treatment would be most beneficial

  • If the problem requires a referral to a medical doctor

  • If surgical procedures are required, a Trichologist will advise the best and most effective methods available

Do I have to pay to see a Trichologist?

The cost of an Initial Consultation with a Trichologist is $35 which is fully redeemable against any Treatment Programme undertaken. All Treatment Programmes include regular FREE check-ups with a Trichologist to monitor progress. Clients who have completed a Treatment Programme are entitled to a life-time of FREE check-ups.

Can I use your products without seeing a Trichologist first?

We strongly recommend seeking advice from our Trichologists by visiting one of our clinics or having a Skype Consultation. However, if this is not possible we recommend initially using products from our Hair and Scalp Cleansing Range to balance your hair and scalp. All our Treatment Programmes use a combination of Hair Growth Stimulants, Home Formulae DHT enzyme blockers, Supplements and Massage to achieve the best results. Our exclusive Home Formulae Treatments are only available to purchase under the advice of our Trichologists.

Must I use these products for the rest of my life?

We recommend keeping up an inexpensive daily maintenance routine that includes hair growth stimulants, DHT enzyme blockers plus hair and scalp cleansers.

How long will it be until I start seeing results?

This depends largely on the nature of your hair loss, the cause, and how far advanced your hair loss problem is. We expect results to start showing around 4 months. Noticeable progress is expected by 8 months. Photographs of your progress are taken regularly which you are always given copies of.

Is there a maintenance period?

When your Treatment Programme is completed you would normally require an on-going inexpensive daily routine to maintain your results and keep your hair and scalp in optimum condition.

What is a Scalp Massage Treatment, how long does it take?

A Scalp Massage Treatment lasts for 15 minutes and involves high frequency, infrared manipulation and massage of your scalp by one of our trained Clinic Assistants. A hair growth stimulant is also applied during this treatment.

How often do I need to have a Scalp Massage Treatment?

If you live close to one of our clinics we recommend a Scalp Massage Treatment every 2 weeks while on a Treatment Programme.

What if I don't want to complete my treatment programme?

We have NO CONTRACTS and NO CANCELLATION FEES so it's no problem to stop your treatment programme if your circumstances change.
